Congrats to Renee Mallett who was recently named prose editor of the literary journal Extract( s). They’re accepting submissions for short fiction and poetry! A great chance to flex your writing chops!
Jeffrey Engel (Studio A204) has re-opened the amazing Lowell Gallery for all of your custom framing needs! Thursday January 29th will be a Grand Opening Sale and Ribbon Cutting at 2pm with extended hours from 10am-9pm.
This weekend Jean Theurfkauf will be holding advance Zentangle Classes, Zentangle: Beyond the Basics in Studio 305! Learn some interesting techniques for composing Zentangle and “doodle” art. In the morning, we will cover some tricks for adding depth and layers to your line drawings. In the afternoon, we will explore ways of developing new patterns from inspirations in nature, architecture, and historical sources.

Adria Arch‘s exhibit Adria Arch/ Nancy Hayes/ Allison Paschke will be on view at the Grimshaw-Gudewicz Art Gallery, Bristol Community College, Fall River MA January 22nd through February 22nd with an Opening reception Thurs. Jan. 22, 6 – 8 pm
Priscilla Levesque’s casein painting, “September at Red Wing” has been accepted in the Members Juried Show at the Concord Art Association. The show will be on view from Jan. 15 through Feb. 20.
Paula Mingolelli (Studio A408) will be featured in Grace Chapel’s Show “Purple”. Her painting “Storm Coming” will be on display through March 2nd.
