Who We Are at Loading Dock Gallery

Loading Dock Gallery presents Who We Are: Celebrating Diversity. A.O. Scott wrote, “It is the mission of art to free our minds.” Who We Are showcases art from Greater Lowell, focusing on the often over-looked, including the BIPOC, LGBT+, and non-binary communities.

This exhibit is juried by Gwendolyn Lanier who received her BFA from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts/Tufts University. She is a member of Attleboro Arts Museum and Brush Gallery, and teaches at Essex Art Center in Lawrence. MA.

Who We Are: Celebrating Diversity joins Celebrating Diversity: Lowell Has It, a festival of workshops, music, dance, food and film hosted by Loading Dock Education. This program is supported in part by a grant from the Lowell Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.”
