SUMMARY:Urban Elements at the LDG Gallery
DESCRIPTION:Explore three visions of the urban world\, inspired by the architecture of Lowell and the evolution of our urban world. Through richly textured oil painting\, Wendy James reveals the city layered with time and stories. John Brickels creates architectural sculpture inspired by the effects of history on the city. Barbara Jean Gilbert envisions the city shaped by time\, politics and ecological threat. \nThis show runs from September 2 – 27 in the Loading Dock Gallery. The Gallery is open Friday – Sunday from noon until 4pm.
