Designed around simplicity\, practicality\, and the freedom to create. The Lofts community is a special place\, providing a home amongst fellow creatives. Our lofts feature a walking distance to the Lowell commuter rail station (easy commute to Boston)\, off-street parking\, two common area wash sinks per floor\, one common laundry room on the first floor\, a community garden\, we’re dog friendly\, we typically have food trucks on-site four days a week\, we have an art gallery in the studios building\, and we have a brewery on our campus as well.\n\nJoin us as we take you on our first-ever virtual open house of Western Avenue Lofts!
