DESCRIPTION:Western Avenue Lofts artists worked together to put this exhibition together. \nThis show is centered around textiles and collaboration. SUMMARY:Tool Shed | Storage Closet Gallery at Lofts | Parker Aubin
DESCRIPTION:In Tool Shed\, a show of sculptures by Parker Aubin at the Storage Closet Gallery from March to May 2025\, Aubin questions and plays with the form and function of old hand tools\, each sculpture telling a newly wrought story. Through these assemblages\, he often explores serious issues but likes to use visual humor to encourage a lighthearted outlook. Aubin finds creative purpose in the repurposing of these old tools\, “There is great satisfaction in taking a rusty tool with a broken wooden handle and bringing it back to life. \n\nAubin holds degrees in math and engineering and has worked in the civil engineering world for the past decade.
