SUMMARY:Here and There : Gallery Show
DESCRIPTION:This exhibit features the work of Suzanne Hodge and Nan Hockenbury. These artists give a unique twist to the commonplace\, making the ordinary seem not so ordinary. Nan’s paper collages feature things seen from her personal point of view\, such as morning coffee\, favorite things\, and flowers from the garden. Suzanne goes outside the personal into the public. Her loosely painted\, nearly abstracted scenes of the urban landscape are seen from her perspective as an artist. \nThe show runs from July 31st through August 30th. The Loading Dock Gallery is open on Fridays and Saturdays from noon until 4pm. The Gallery operates an online shop where you can purchase member art called The Dock.
