In the words of the artist, “Erosive Tension” is an art installation that explores the dissonance between how human and natural factors transform environment. Erosion stems from the Latin, “erode” – to wear away and consume. While natural erosion is the process of wearing away recycling materials into endless possibilities, human erosion is the process of consuming resources to construct and preserve our versions of reality.
