I joined Western Avenue Studios in April 2012, eager to share my one-of-a-kind creations: hats, jewelry, accessories and restyled clothing for women. Almost 10 years later I am still excited to be part of this exceptional creative community and delighted to call many of the artists friends.

My current work is focused on what I call modern millinery, one-of-a-kind sculptural head pieces, fascinators and hats for women. Starting with both vintage and new hat “bodies” I incorporate feathers, tulle, leather, buckles, copper tubing, ribbon and vintage jewelry in various combinations.

My work is about vision, inspiration, exploration and process. Each piece a thoughtful journey of nurturing raw material into finished creation. I design with a feminine, edgy and modern yet timeless viewpoint. And I’m passionate about fearless pattern mixing, bold color and dramatic feathers.

When inspired, I create “small batch” collections. I recently debuted a limited edition collection of leather necklaces incorporating beads, feathers, metal chain and other unique elements.
