Artist Name: Peggie Bouvier

I went to MassArt as a “non-traditional” age student. I have a BFA in Painting and was the Studio Manager in that department for many years.

I paint in oils, applying the paint with a palette knife. I love the physicality of the paint, and often make small (6×6″) paintings to explore texture and mark making.

I keep a sketchbook for drawing. My work in it can range from color charts to studies for paintings to drawings of random objects on my desk.
