This fall we get to open our doors to you on Saturday November 5th. Let’s enjoy this fall together with some fabulous art. If you didn’t catch the shows last time, no need to worry they are still here. In addition we’ve added more. Western Avenue Studios and Lofts is the place to be this weekend. Please join us this exciting weekend from noon to 5pm.
If you plan to join us, we do not require guests to wear masks/face coverings while inside Western Avenue, but we do recommend bringing one in case a specific studio or business requires it within their space.

Loading Dock Gallery

The Loading Dock Gallery invites you to share warmth and joy this November with, Celebration. Celebration presents work inspired by this festive energy: the chance to rejoice, remember, and renew. Whether you enjoy large splashes or color or want a small gift, possibilities abound.  at the Loading Dock Gallery on Saturday reception from 3-5pm.

Loft Building Galleries

The Rotating Gallery – (Lofts Lobby)- Untitled a collection of twenty-two works created by several visual artists in residence. Located on the first floor by the main entrance. Contact Maxine Farkas for more information.

Storage Closet Gallery is showing loft resident Dori Robinson and Jonathan Zautner, A Tree Speech installation, A Conversation In A Clearing, – The exhibit A Conversation in a Clearing will bring the Tree Speech podcast to life, allowing audiences to engage with a tree, and reflect on their tangled relationship with nature and the environment – as well as their place within a continual lineage of the earth and its seasons. Antoinette Indge is the curator and director of the Storage Closet Gallery. Open Saturday from noon-5pm, located on the second floor near loft 204.

Open Lofts

Similar to the Open Studios, we have also have Open Lofts, in case you didn’t know. If you would like to check out how our resident artists live and decorate their homes don’t forget to walk over to the lofts building and see what their up to. Feel free to look for signs as to which lofts are open when you arrive. Ask artists about their process or how to maintain the perfect work/life balance. As artists we are always evolving and it’s good to learn from one another.

Food and Refreshments

If nothing has caught your eye on the itinerary yet, rest assured, we haven’t gotten to the food trucks.

On Saturday we have Gentle Cuisine. It’s their first open studios so let’s make sure we give them a warm welcome.

Open Saturday and Sunday

Our resident coffee shop and roaster, Tiny Arms Coffee, is open from 9am-4pm.

End your visit at our famous Navigation Brewing Company’s outdoor patio. Some of their regular offerings are Pale Ales, IPAs, and Milk Scouts. The brewery will be open from 4pm until 10pm.

Covid-19 and Event Guidelines

In order to bring you a fun and safe in-person event, we have instituted some safety rules for our events. Safety is our number one concern, and we hope you understand. We can’t wait to see you!


  • Guests who are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms or have been instructed to quarantine by a medical professional should not attend.
  • Face coverings/masks are not required but recommended since some lofts or studios,  as well as businesses may require them for entry into their space.
  • Please maintain a six-foot distance from others, where possible.
  • We will have hand sanitation stations at the entries to the building.

There is no charge for this event. This event is dog friendly, we just ask that you keep your pup on a leash.
